Return Policy

We want you to love everything you get from Glitz Goods. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy.

30 Day Returns Not happy with your order? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What Can Be Returned We accept returns on clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and home organizers as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Final sale items, worn or washed clothing, intimate apparel, and items without original tags cannot be accepted.

How to Return Simply email us at sales@glitzgoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with next steps. Pack your item securely and ship it back using any trackable method. Please note that return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Just reach out and we will sort it out for you.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received something damaged or not what you ordered? We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away, no questions asked.
