Shipping Policy

At Glitz Goods we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day. During peak seasons processing may take 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery Time Standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days after processing. Expedited and express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is free on all orders over $35. For orders under $35 shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delayed or Lost Shipments Glitz Goods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window please contact us at sales@glitzgoods.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or something is missing please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@glitzgoods.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error contact us immediately at sales@glitzgoods.com before your order is processed.
